Data is stored in U.S. and EU regions (EU clients are processed exclusively in EU regions for GDPR). Only you can read your client records — even our database administrators cannot decrypt PHI without going through audit-logged application access. Clinic accounts support supervisor read-only access with full audit trails.
Audio is transcribed to text and then permanently deleted from all storage layers within minutes — including any third-party transcription provider. Only the transcribed text is retained, encrypted, in your client record. We do not retain, archive, or train models on your clinical audio.
Yes. Full export to JSON or PDF is available at any time, even after cancellation. Individual deletions remove data from production within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days. Account-level erasure is completed within 30 days of request — guaranteed by HIPAA, PHIPA, and GDPR.
